Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions ‘The Seller’ means www.foxyhairextensions.co.uk, and ‘The Buyer’ means the purchaser of goods from ‘The Seller’ under these terms and conditions. ‘The Website’ means www.foxyhairextensions.co.uk and its content.

Disclaimer           

The products sold on this website are intended for professional application.  Please do not attempt to apply the extensions yourself.  Please consult a professional who has completed training in the application of hair extensions. 

Prices

Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on The Website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. VAT will be added at checkout at the current rate (currently 20%).

Payment

Payment must be made prior to despatch of all goods except where special permission is granted by the Management of Foxy Hair Extensions.

Shipping

Commencing January 2012 orders are shipped via UK Mail Courier Service or Royal Mail International Signed For for International Orders. The Seller’s policy is to despatch goods within 24 hours of recieving an order, however this can vary depending on stock availability. For orders to reach 'The Buyer' for the next day, orders must be recieved by 1.30pm, orders received after this time will be posted next working day. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. All items are in stock and ready to be dispatched unless otherwise stated. Please allow sufficient time for overseas orders to arrive at their destination. Please note we dispatch goods Monday - Friday and do not have a postal collection on Saturdays. Any orders placed between Friday pm and Sunday pm will be shipped on the Monday. There will be no shipping on Bank Holidays.

Delivery Charges

Next Day Delivery - £4.95 Guaranteed next day delivery service Monday to Friday, parcel will be delivered any time between 8am and 6pm

Next Day Delivery before 1pm - £6.95 Next day service guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the nex WORKING day.

SATURDAY guaranteed service £12.95 -  Available for orders placed on a Friday before 1.30pm.  Saturday guaranteed service will be delivered before 1pm the next day.         

International Delivery - All International orders are posted via International Signed for Post.  All International Orders are charged at £9.95 for orders under 2000g. Once a the weight has reached 2000g, we will post items via Parcelforce Worldwide. Please email us for a postal quote.

For customers who live in the Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery Post.          

All Postal Rates are inclusive of VAT.

PLEASE NOTE ALL DELIVERYS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE TO ENSURE SAFE AND SECURE DELIVERY.

Overseas Orders

We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Please remember carriage will vary upon destination. We will not process orders or despatch goods to countries where we are prohibited from doing so by law. Please also note, due to current aviation regulations regarding flamable products we are unable to ship removal solution overseas as it can result in you parcel being detained in customes for a considerable amaount of time.

Wholesale

Foxy Hair Extensions welcome any Wholesale Orders. For a current Wholesale Price List please email sales@foxyhairextensions.net requesting a copy. All Wholesale Orders are subject to minimum order quantities.

We also require payment via bank transfer (BACS) and prior info on the purchaser so we can ensure our products are being used for the correct purpose and not for conflicting interests.

As wholesale orders are placed specifically for the customer concerned wholesale orders are non returnable once received.

Cancellations

Prior to despatch, non standard items and special order items cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been despatched.

General

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller for trained on untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing goods and equipment supplied by The Seller. All offers on The Website are subject to stock availability and The Seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time. We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions and specifications, whist given as a guide and in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor. Stock is allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based on the stock figures shown.

Complaints.

All complaints must be submitted in writing to either: sales@foxyhairextensions.net or via post too:

Foxy Hair Extensions, Owners Business Centre, High Street, Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne. NE158LN.

From here you complaint will be dealt with and a written response will be sent.

Hair Issues.

While Foxy Hair Extensions prides itself on its excellent quality of hair, should an issue arise the purchaser feels is due to the hair quality, we require at least 4 full strands (Inc. remains of the bond if removed)  to be returned for testing before any outcome can be reached. However if the correct aftercare products have not been used (Foxy Hair Extensions aftercare range) then we accept no responsibility for hair issues.

Hair extensions are a natural product and issues can occur from time to time, however if the correct steps are followed (ie. aftercare etc) and the hair is deemed faulty after testing by us. We will offer replacement hair in this instance but will not offer any form of refund for products or fitting charges incured.

Return Policy

If an item is unsuitable you may return to Foxy Hair Extensions. You must email us at sales@foxyhairextensions.net to let us know of your intent to return. All postage costs must be paid by the buyer for the return of items. If a exchange is required the buyer must pay all postage costs for the postage of the new item.

All exchanges/refunds must be posted back to us within 7 days of the delivery date for refunds.  Any returns recieved after 7 days of the delivery date will be issued with a credit note only.  No returns will be accepted after 28 day of delivery date. When processing a refund we do not refund any postal costs which have been used.

All hair returned for refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and unopened. If hair is in un-saleable condition the exchange/refund will not be accepted and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back.

Please send all exchanged/refunded items with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any Packages that are not received.

Due to the nature of the product, all Clip In Hair and Ponytails are strictly non returnable.

** PLEASE NOTE - If the packaging comes back to us opened or without the cardboard labels attached we will deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from your refund.  Our product is packaged in a clear plastic bag so you can assess colour suitability without opening the packaging.

We highly recommend that you know for sure what you want such as colours, texture and length before you place your order with us. If you are not sure about the colours, texture and length, you may contact us. We are always happy to assist you. Please browse the site and feel free to contact us for further information. If you are still unsure of the colour you require you may send us a small strand of your hair so that we may assist in your colour matching.

Privacy Policy

The privacy and protection of your personal information are very important to us. We will not share our customers’ information with any one or any company. Your personal information is only used to process your order only.
