How is your business portrait by others? What is a customers first impressions of your business when they deal with you via phone, internet or in person in store / salon? Don’t be complacent, ensure everything is on point every step of the way no matter how many times you’ve dealt with that same client! They will appreciate the experience of being cared for like you would a first time customer and keep everyone coming back. No matter how many times you go through the same process, don’t ever miss a step with anyone, process and procedure is there for a reason and create the overall experience the client receives and to remind them of every do and don’t which ultimately reduces issues and unhappy clients…… win win.
Foxy Hair Extensions are going from strength to strength, even now, in the tough financial climate we are experiencing here in the UK at present. Receiving these awards has not only validated all our hard work but also made us incredibly happy that so many of our customers recognise all our efforts.
